Well OMG!!! My very first blog. You’d think for someone who talks so much, this wouldn’t be a thing happening only now, but as a GenXer, I have embraced only so much technology. As it happens, this tech stuff CAUGHT ON!!!! I really thought microwaves and the ability to change the channel FROM THE SOFA with a brick-sized contraption with a toggle and 2 rows of buttons was the epitome of technological advancement, but apparently it has come a long way since those days and has been a fantastic part of promoting Health and Wellness to the world. So, here I am. An the first thing I want to tell you about is an event that occurred on my 50th birthday (how lucky for me).
